"Persistence Pays"It took 15 years, and many successes and reversals, but the small entrepreneurial firm ultimately became part of a Fortune 500 company. No one would know it today, but the cable line installation company started with just 10 employees who performed high- and low-tech operational work throughout the Delaware Valley.
