Deadlines

New groups enrolling in the medical plans throughout the year must send all original forms to GBS no later than 20 days prior to the requested effective date. Otherwise, the group will be delayed for another month before coverage becomes effective.

Existing groups making changes to their plans at Open Enrollment must forward the necessary paperwork to GBS at least 40 days prior to the effective/renewal date. Please contact GBS for the required change paperwork.
