The following provides information on the available plans with United Concordia and Keystone. If you would like quotes from other carriers, please contact us.
United Concordia Plans:
- NOTE: Can be added to any employer group with 2 or more enrollees.
- Underwritten by United Concordia.
- Basic Dental plan covers preventive and basic services such as fillings and root canals.
- Comprehensive Dental plan covers everything the Basic Dental plan covers plus major services such as crowns, bridges and orthodontia for children under the age of 18.
- Dental Insurance can be added to any plan and at any time.

Keystone Dental Plans:
- Can be added to any employer group with Keystone coverage as a rider to the medical plan when initially enrolling in the plan or at open enrollment.
- There are two Keystone dental plans to choose from:
- The Basic Dental plan covers oral examinations, cleanings, x-rays, and fillings. Office visits are a $5 copay. Other services are offered at discounted rates. Members must choose a Keystone primary dental office. All family members must choose the same dentist.
- The Pediatric Dental plan covers only dependents under the age of 12 for oral examinations, cleanings and fluoride treatments. Members must choose a Keystone primary dental office for their dependents. All dependents must use the same dentist.
