Vision

IBC Vision - administered by Davis Vision:

  • The IBC Vision plans can be added to any medical plan when the group initially enrolls in a Keystone or Personal Choice product or at open enrollment.
  • Under Keystone, eye exams are covered by the Specialist copay when using participating providers. Under Personal Choice, eye exams are covered in full when using participating providers. To find a participating provider, log on to www.ibx.com
  • The available vision plan options are $35, $50, $75, $100, $125, $200, $250. Benefits are available either every year or every two years.
  • Enrollment in a Vision plan includes membership in the Lens 1-2-3 program and a discount on Laser Vision at participating Laser Vision Correction providers.
